A tech preview of Microsoft Robotics Studio was released this week, you can find an accompying Channel 9 video here.  This is very exciting and a lot of my co-workers have acquired robot-building fever, but one of my favorite releases was the Microsoft Robotic Finger found on the Robotics Dev Center on MSDN.

Which I found to be a well done reference to Michelangelo's Creation of Adam:

This leads to the idea that some day our creations may have a bit more free will beyond the average Roomba.
