Work with me

Mostly I build my own apps now — that's the Lab. But if you're shipping something real with AI or crypto and want 26 years of engineering (Microsoft Learn, Microsoft Docs, Stripe Docs, and a stranger portfolio since) in the room, I take on a little outside work when it's a genuine fit.

Three ways in

Ship it with you

Hands-on building — the part I like most. I get in the codebase and help move your AI or crypto app from idea to shipped: architecture, the hard integration, the prototype that settles the argument. I do this on my own apps every week; this is that, aimed at yours.

Product & code review

A focused review of what you're building, from someone who actually ships: where the product's fighting itself, where the code will hurt later, and the shortest path to the thing that's costing you users or money. Ranked, concrete, no fluff.

Advisory

An ongoing sounding board for founders building with AI and crypto — pattern calls, pricing and distribution gut-checks, and honest reactions from someone learning the same business in public.

Common questions

Aren’t you focused on building your own apps?

Yes — that's the day job, and it's where my head is. Consulting is selective and occasional. I take on a little outside work when it's a genuine fit and I'd learn something from it, not as a primary business. If that's the honest arrangement you want, great.

What kind of work do you take?

Founders and small teams shipping real apps with AI or crypto. Hands-on building, a product-and-code review from someone who actually ships, or ongoing advisory as a sounding board. 26 years of engineering (Microsoft Learn, Microsoft Docs, Stripe Docs) in the room.

How does it start?

With a 30-minute conversation, no deck required — bring the thing you’re building. From there it’s a focused review, a stretch of hands-on building, or an ongoing advisory arrangement, depending on what you actually need.

Can you build it, not just advise?

Yes — hands-on building is the part I like most. I ship my own apps every week; this is that work pointed at your problem instead of mine.
